Introduction

Jacobacci Abril was founded in February 2020 as a result of the merger between Jacobacci & Partners and Abril Abogados, two consolidated firms with a long history in the sector.

Jacobacci & Partners is one of the largest European IP law firms, with 150 years of experience and presence in more than 14 cities in Italy, France and Spain. Abril Abogados is a Spanish boutique firm in the sector, founded in 2001, with a wide national portfolio and representing high-level international firms.

The experience and knowledge of the market of both firms, acquired by their years of work and training in this area, has allowed Jacobacci Abril to be born as one of the law firms with a greater projection in the Spanish legal sector.

Currently, the team in Spain exceeds fifty people, distributed in different offices located in the most important Spanish cities.
